Records purpose-based I/O (production, sample, scrap) to the ledger. Out/scrap never goes negative.
🩺 Full Recount — Negative-stock recovery
Resets the baseline to the measured quantity and logs the difference as a ‘recount adjustment’. A migration demo that normalizes corrupted (negative) data.
